Welcome—my name is Jane Myring
I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor based in Malvern, Worcestershire. I am a registered provider for BUPA, AXA, Aviva and Vitality. I also work with Employment Assistance Programmes (EAP).
I offer face-to-face and online sessions via WhatsApp video for adults, couples, and young people.
I provide a warm, confidential space—whether in my quiet counselling room or through a secure digital space—where you can feel heard and supported to explore your thoughts and feelings.
My Approach
I am qualified to Masters Degree level with over 20 years experience supporting clients with anxiety, panic, low mood and depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma and abuse.
I bring a relational, integrative approach to sessions. My style is warm, curious, and respectful of your individual story.
Sessions are tailored to meet your needs in a calm and safe environment to help you find your way through what has caused you to seek counselling.

Clinical Supervision
I am a BACP Specialist Supervisor (previously know as Senior Accredited Supervisor prior to SCoPEd). I gained Senior Accreditation as a supervisor in 2011 and have a Diploma in Supervision.
I offer clinical supervision for experienced therapists, newly qualified therapists and student counsellors.
Often supervisees feel I am the right supervisor for them because they work with children and young people and require a supervisor experienced with this client group.
I also offer 'supervision of supervision' and, having been a service manager, supervisees value that experience and the different perspective it brings to our sessions.
I have considerable experience supporting supervisees through the accreditation process and as the SCoPEd transition period has started, seeking accreditation is more important than ever.
I also offer supervision to helping professionals including social workers and support workers.
